ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
-University Degree in the Arts or Social Sciences or Diploma in Communication Studies, Journalism, or related field
-Experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office products including Power Point.
-2 years related work experience.
-Satisfactory attendance.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES (Personal Skills and Attributes)
-Ability to research and write a variety of internal and external communications (news releases, Memos, reports, articles for publication, survey tools).
-Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to meet a shared goal or vision
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Experience in developing presentation materials
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile department serving diverse internal and external stakeholders.

ACCOUNTABILITIES (Major Responsibilities of the Position)
-Support the documentation of the overall partnership goals of the Chatham-Kent Ontario Health Team
-Under the guidance of the Executive Transformation Lead, design, and implement the membership expansion initiatives of the CKOHT
-Provide project coordination support to the five working groups
-Produce the monthly stakeholder newsletter, quarterly Board Bulletin.
-Plan and implement corporate special events of the CKOHT
-Support CKOHT community relations initiatives, such as strategic planning.
